These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Northeast Ohio Buy, Sell & Trade website (the “Site”), operated by Toys Treasures and Collectibles LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to submit items through the Site.
2. Your submissions
- You represent that you own the items you post and have the right to sell them.
- You agree that the descriptions and photos you submit are accurate.
- You grant us permission to display your submission to our affiliated buyers and, where applicable, to a wider audience for sale.
3. No obligation to buy or sell
Posting an item does not create a contract of sale. We may, but are not required to, make an offer on any item. You are free to accept, counter, or decline any offer.
4. Prohibited items
You may not post firearms, illegal goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, live animals, or anything you do not have the legal right to sell.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for disputes between users, the accuracy of listings, or any loss resulting from your use of the Site.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
