The Northeast Ohio Buy, Sell & Trade website is owned and operated by Toys Treasures and Collectibles LLC, a member of the Your Humble Mentor network, and a sister site to lakecountyfuture.com.
Our role as buyers
Toys Treasures and Collectibles LLC and its affiliated buyers (collectively, the “Site Operator”) may purchase items listed on this Site. The Site Operator has an “early-look” arrangement: we see new submissions before they are displayed more widely, and we may make a first offer.
You are under no obligation
Sellers are under no obligation to accept any offer from the Site Operator or its affiliated buyers. You are free to decline, counter, or sell your item to someone else at any time.
All purchases are outright
When the Site Operator buys an item, the purchase is outright. We do not sell on consignment, and we do not take a percentage of a later resale from you. Once we buy your item, what we do with it is our business.
Why we disclose this
We believe a local marketplace works best when everyone knows the rules. The early-look model is a feature of this Site, not a hidden arrangement. By posting, you acknowledge that you understand and accept this model.
